YCH staff revamp local village hall

A team of Yorkshire Coast Homes (YCH) staff has given Gristhorpe and Lebberston Village Hall a much needed make-over.

In just five days the team carried out painting and decorating work to the interior and some further refurbishments to the outside of the building.

Chairman of the village hall committee, Ann Sargent, said: “It would have taken us years to raise enough funds to complete this level of work. The hall now looks bright and welcoming. A big thank you to both Yorkshire Coast Homes and Scarborough Dulux for donating paint and materials.”
