Jowett’s first and a Joel Ramm effort had Steve Clegg’s men 2-1 up at the break, Tom Greenwood on target for Seamer.
Edgehill took control after the break, Jowett adding two more to wrap up his treble, with Kieran Link and sub George Walmsley also on target for the victors.
Danny Glendinning grabbed Seamer’s second of the afternoon.

Hide AdSeamer Reserves edged a nine-goal thriller against Newlands Reserves by a 5-4 scoreline in Division Two.
Brad Walton, Liam Love, Adam Smith, Jensen Bradbury and man of the match Matty Morris were on target for the victors.
Newlands’ star man was 41-year-old Lee Cappleman, who hit two, with Tristan Mustoe and Lee McLaughlin also on target.
Filey Town Reserves beat FC Rosette 2-0.
Man of the match Lee Plant and Jonny Keeble scored for Dan Kempson’s side.
Keeper Mikey Harland was Rosette’s star man.
Eastfield were 3-1 winners on the road at Scalby Reserves.
