Bridlington restaurants served up as assets when people relocate to town
The new survey has revealed that Bridlington is one of the best towns on the coast across the UK when it comes to restaurants.
Bridlington has the second-highest restaurant density among the English towns in Great Britain’s coastal relocation top 10, with 3.87 restaurants per 1,000 residents.

Only Frinton-on-Sea ranks higher on this measure among the English towns in the top 10, at 5.76 restaurants per 1,000 residents, according to relocation experts My Baggage.
Paul Stewart, CEO of My Baggage, said: “When people think about relocating, the practical numbers matter, but so does what everyday life will actually feel like once you are there. Having a good choice of places to eat nearby can be part of what makes a town feel lively and convenient throughout the year.”
Mr Stewart suggests making five practical checks before committing to a move:
• Visit outside peak season to see what the town feels like beyond the summer rush.
• Test your everyday routine, including the commute, shops and transport links.
• Check broadband at the exact property, not just the wider area.
• Budget beyond the house price, including travel and other regular costs.
• Think long term and ask whether the location would still work if your job or circumstances changed
