Obituary: Mrs Ivy Winifred Rispin

The service was conducted by Mark Witherden.

She moved to Kilham when she was 12 years old with her mum and dad, three sisters and two brothers and lived there most of her life.

Ivy met Eric, they married and had four children two girls and two boys. They enjoyed holidays in Scotland and in later years family holidays abroad. Ivy never had much time for hobbies when the children were growing up. She liked to help Mark and Trish at The Bay Horse to serve meals. She loved her garden, spending most of her time in the summer keeping it tidy and free from weeds. Her favourite flowers were Lily of the Valley and Roses. Ivy loved her grandchildren, Kayleigh, William, Thomas, Rosie, Harvey, Amber, Hope and great grandson Alex. She loved spending time with them.

Ivy used to enjoy going to Eastfield Garden Centre for coffee or lunch with her family until she fell ill.

Ivy was a very special person, not only to her family but to all who knew her and she will be sadly missed.
