Danby set to welcome visitors to 164th agricultural show
The 164th Danby Agricultural Show is set to welcome visitors on Wednesday August 12.
From ferrets to fur, feather and fowl, from horses to horticulture, there will be plenty of entertainment and exhibits for families to enjoy on the day. A dog show, sheep dog trials, vintage machinery and motorcycles are among the many highlights of show day while you can also enjoy music from Bilsdale Silver Band and look at the wonderful birds of prey courtesy of Whitby Falconers.

A food and a beer tent will be there to provide refreshments.
The showground is halfway between Danby and Castleton, near Danby School.
Visitors are asked to keep dogs on a short lead and bring cash to the show for payment due to the unreliability of the internet signal.
The main car park is free.
An area will be provided on the main car park for bona fide disabled drivers.
