Scarborough Athletic boss Steve Kittrick didn't make any deadline day signings ahead of tonight's home clash against Brighouse, but he is boosted by the return of Steve Mallory.

Mallory makes his return from suspension for the Evo-Stik North game, though he may face a challenge of forcing his way back into the team, due to Saturday's fine performance in the 1-0 defeat at leaders Warrington Town.

Spanish midfielder Carles Lleches-Parra has also been impressing Kittrick in training, so he may also come into contention.

The Boro boss said: "Mallers is available again, which is good news because he can play on both flanks and he brings that bit more experience into the squad. Carles has also looked very good on the ball in training as well.

"We have to make sure that we play with the same intensity as we did on Saturday at Warrington, you have to take plenty of positives out of that game.

"The lads are all buying into what we are trying to do, which is good. Now they just need some reward for their hard work."
