September line-up revealed for next The Lounge, Live at Scalby's Beckview Stuios - how to get tickets
The next The Lounge, Live at Beckview Studios event takes place on Thursday September 10 and audience tickets are available now.
The Lounge is the Scalby studio’s intimate live event, where a small audience gathers inside the working studio for a close-up live performance. Each session is professionally recorded, filmed, and live-streamed, capturing the atmosphere of the room as it happens.
The studio will be welcoming three artists from across the UK: Soft Top, Cole Stacey, and Bonneville.
Soft Top are a Brighton seven-piece whose sound brings together lush, emotive indie, warm jazz-pop textures and 70s influenced songwriting. With a full band sound and rich musical arrangements, their performance will bring something expansive and distinctive to the Beckview live room.
Joining the line-up from Devon is acclaimed singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Cole Stacey. Known to many as one half of The India Electric Company and as a long-time collaborator of Midge Ure, Cole has performed everywhere from the Royal Albert Hall to international festivals, earning praise for his breathtaking voice, thoughtful songwriting and deeply atmospheric performances.
Yorkshire-born artist Bonneville brings fearless songwriting, sharp wit, and magnetic live performance, with support from BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music. Drawing influence from artists such as Blondie, CMAT, and Lola Young, Bonneville blends country, indie-pop, and candid storytelling into songs that balance humour, vulnerability, and unapologetic honesty.
As always, performances will be professionally filmed, recorded, and live-streamed, with the audience becoming part of the atmosphere of the recording itself.
Selected sessions from The Lounge also go on to become live releases through Beckview Presents, created in collaboration with the artists.
Audience capacity is limited, so early booking is recommended on https://www.beckviewstudios.co.uk/events
The live performance is at Beckview Studios, Scalby, on Thursday September 10. Doors open at 7pm. Complimentary tea and coffee provided.
