Fyling Hall’s Deputy Head, Academic, Dr Ian Richardson added: “We are confident that what they achieved today is what they would have achieved had pupils sat their exams.

"We commend all on their approach.

"Throughout lockdown, our pupils showed maturity and dedication to their learning.

"Pupils should take great pride in their achievements in spite of the challenging circumstances.”

Head of Sixth Form, Jane Mitchell, said: “For those continuing their educational journey, we look forward to welcoming students into our Sixth Form which is growing from strength to strength. For those seeking an alternative path, we wish you all the very best for the future.”
